From The Remedy to I’m Yours: The Rise of Jason Mraz

In 2002, Jason Mraz signed with Elektra Records and released his debut album, Waiting for My Rocket to Come.

The album featured the single The Remedy (I Won’t Worry), which became a breakthrough hit, peaking at #15 on the Billboard chart.

His follow-up, Mr. A–Z, arrived in 2005. Produced by Steve Lillywhite, the album reached #5 on the Billboard chart and included fan favourites like Geek in the Pink, Life Is Wonderful, and Wordplay. Mraz supported the release by touring globally with artists such as Alanis Morissette, Tracy Chapman, and James Blunt.

Then came We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things in 2008. Featuring a re-recorded version of I’m Yours, the album catapulted Jason Mraz to global fame and made him a household name.
