Let’s go through how to play the keyboard parts from Finally on guitar. Here’s the first opening line:
The Bm7 didn’t sound quite right as a full chord, so it’s indicated using a hammer-on. The A6 is syncopated on beat 4. Notice how the Gmaj7 functions like a Bm—very clever songwriting! The Em7 acts as an A11, moving to A9 and then A11—another smart touch.
