Let’s compare Make You Feel My Love by Adele with Dylan’s original — the differences are subtle but worth noting!
The main distinction is the key: Adele performs the song in Bb, while Bob Dylan’s version is in C#. In terms of arrangement, Bob doesn’t repeat the final line and opts for an instrumental section instead. He also skips the intro, which Adele includes.

I suppose this is why someone invented the capo! To play in Dylan’s key, you’d think in the key of C but place the capo on fret 1. For Adele’s key, however, you’d need to place the capo on fret 10 — which isn’t practical!
To play in Adele’s key without such a drastic capo placement, think in the key of A and place the capo on fret 1.
