The man with the song of 2023?

Oliver Anthony (real name Christopher Oliver Lunsford) is the first artist to debut at #1 on the Billboard chart without any prior history in the charts.

Shooting to fame thanks to his amazing Rich Men North Of Richmond being recorded for a radio station live and released on YouTube, it was soon spread as a viral sensation.

After Joe Rogan and Jordan Peterson interviewed the man from Farmville Virginia, further spreading his name to millions of people all over the world he has now become a household name.

This opened the floodgates for everyone in the industry to sign the internet sensation who had recorded all his hits on his mobile phone. So far he’s turned them all down.

Hilariously, the follow-up single to Rich Men North Of Richmond is called I Want To Go Home.

As it’s only a month or so since Mr. Anthony has broken though, I’m gonna leave it here and see what happens next for this man who most likely has written the song of 2023.
