During this short period of time, The Mamas And The Papas became world-famous by getting eleven top 40 singles from five albums. In total, they sold over forty million copies worldwide.
Their most famous hits include Monday, Monday, California Dreamin’ and Dream A Little Dream Of Me.

Two years later, The Who’s drummer Keith Moon died in the same flat.
