Harper’s first album Welcome To The Cruel World (1994) was followed by Fight For Your Mind only a year later. It was at this point that the word of Ben Harper began to spread.
Often touring Europe and other non-American territories, Harper has created a dedicated following the world over.
One of his most successful collaborations happened with the vocal group The Blind Boys Of Alabama who he recorded the seriously groovy There Will Be A Light with in 2004.
Initially famous for his Weissenborn slide skills, Ben Harper has shown some serious talent on most guitars. His band The Innocent Criminals aren’t bad either!
