Open Jam

Lately I’ve had some people contacting me about that they can’t sign in anymore.

I don’t know why this has happened and obviously, if you are reading this and can’t log in, you can’t reply!

I’m trying to get to the bottom of what this bug is, so far I’ve focused on solving the problem, which has meant to actually delete the account, then sign up again.

This is obviously not good, especially if you have been active in the community since all your posts will disappear…

So if you’ve found this post via search and have this problem, please contact me via the “Contact Us” tab above and let me know.

Think all this has been sorted now, it was spam issue, I’ve updated the site and switched my email server so hotmail is now all good.

Should you have any problems, please use the contact form and I will get on any potential issues.

I can post a topic, but perhaps this is because I’m admin, we changed the group rule so only admins can post groups, perhaps there’s a connection.

Do you get an error response or is it just blank?

The forum topics and active members had to be taken out, slowed the site down too much.

To see what has just happened use activity (click on Spytunes Community) or group forums (tab off Spytunes Community)

Hmm. I’m still getting this strange behaviour.

Tell you what, I’ll see if I can do either a snapshot of it or a quick video.

I’ve still got the same problems.

I use a mac with Safari. I’ll try it on Firefox in a sec.

Got it, combination of problems here really.

The button in group forums that say add new topic shouldn’t be there since in order to add a topic, you first have to pick a group to do it in. Think this is an update bug.

The function of this community landing page is to see the latest topics from all open forums (TAB only appears if you are a member).

Gonna try to remove that button, hopefully this week, I’ve told developer.

So how to post?

Go to a group, click on forum, scroll down.

About the latest activity stuff in footer,

the file upload works, join the new group TAB to exchange and comment on guitar charts in TAB format!” message?
