I started Uni during this time and wrote my first song, it was very simple and not that great, but I felt like I was expressing myself which refreshed
my interest in learning. I was kind of lucky that I stumbled across Spytunes, I immediately noticed the difference between this site and all the
others out there. After spending a while on spyders and chord exercises I found myself rapidly improving and I also picked up a bit of theory that
went along with that, Intervals, Keys and that sort of thing; all things I'd heard before but never really understood.rnrnAfter this initial success I
decided that I'd buy the Guitar Conspiracy, there were things I didn't understand fully on the site that all said things like "read more in the
Conspiracy!". So I did. A whole path of progression opened up to me then, I saw a clear way in which I was going to improve and how it would
happen, I understood how the basic theory concepts interlocked and provided a foundation for more "complex" ideas. I was curious and spoke
to a close friend who has been playing about 15 years, he said that he'd never seen a method of teaching like the one used here and fully supported
the idea of using Spytunes as my primary learning resource.rnrnNow here I am, 4 months later (roughly) and even with Uni work/exams/coursework to
battle through I've still made it onto the Intermediate level. I've improved my speed and accuracy dramatically, learnt the Minor Pentatonic such that
I can't get it wrong, improved my "listening", learnt how to transcribe, learnt about barre chords and how they connect, improved my rhythm
ability and learnt a few songs along the way. Most importantly though I can now write freely and express myself much better .rnTo summarise, Spytunes
is a great site that has set itself apart from the rest, it's the best in the world, hands down. It's goal is to actually teach you to play guitar,
not just feed you mindless dribble about fret numbers.rn

This is a must if you want to apply the Spytunes concepts. Beleive me, I've bought material on other sites when I started guitar a year ago and no
method comes close to the conspiracy. Don't be fooled, you need to put in the work but you'll quickly see the rewards if you stick to it. A major
problem when willing to learn an instrument like guitar, is that you'll need to tackle several areas at the same time and sometimes you may get
frustrated and discouraged because you don't see the big picture. With the Conspiracy, you'll have a plan which is not just theory "bla
bla". Associated with the tunes you will apply the lessons, play & understand the guitar instead of just relying on muscle memory.rnrnI
suggest you check the "How to play guitar in 20 minutes" series and you will get the big
picture.rnrnhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCDCdrgeVQc&feature=player_embedded#rnrnAlso, Guru and the forum are here to help out on technical
hurdles.rnrnSGFrance
