Beginner Lessons
Learn Beginner Songs using open position chords.
Full chord analysis, rhythm guitar lesson, original recording and Artist bio.
Once you've learned all songs you should have a good idea of how to arrange any song that use open position chords.
The play list here on the right show all Spytunes beginner songs including 'Redemption Song', a classic "one acoustic guitar" song by Bob Marley.
One of many songs you find at 'Beginner Lessons'.
Intermediate Lessons
To learn 'Intermediate Songs' we also need to learn how to use barred chords.
A few melodies, bass lines and extended chords have found their way into some of these arrangements.
Study these with Scales and chord progressions in mind. If it sounds good, there is usually a very simple theoretical explanation!
There are many songs at intermediate, including Spytunes version of Jason Mraz's 'I'm Yours'. Just one of 21 songs you can learn in 'Intermediate Lessons'.
Advanced Lessons
The 'Advanced Lessons' have a few note for note attempts.
'Wish You Were Here', 'Blackbird', 'Stairway To Heaven' and 'Over The Rainbow' are all very close to the original.
Combine learning these classics with Spytunes own arrangements of hits such as 'Angels' and 'Cannonball' for maximum development.
In 'Advanced Lessons' you'll find 15 more songs including: 'Roxanne', 'Sunshine Of Your Love', 'Tears In Heaven' and 'Take Me To The River'.
Master Lessons
The final stage of understanding the guitar is to keep an open mind.
Play around with Chords, Scales and Arpeggios in an improvised manner.
In 'Master Lessons' you'll find songs like:
'Angel Eyes', 'I Wish', 'Dream A Little Dream', 'Lately' and 'Why Don't You Do Right?'.
Should you at any point struggle with the material, refer to related e Book and post questions in Forum.
